Fully regulated sports betting company and entertainment giant Rivalry has successfully entered the Australian market through a license granted by the Northern Territory Racing Commission. The news comes naturally in the context of the company's main focus on becoming an international brand.

Australians May Enjoy Sports Betting Via a Rivalry Platform

Rivalry's co-founder and chief executive Steven Salz acknowledged the company's plans of expanding at an international level by penetrating more regulated markets like Australia. The expansion is a critical step of their strategy to grow, and so is the granting of the new Australian license. The Toronto-based company may decide to launch its branded sports betting website in the Northern Territory and reach other regions as well since the license is not restrictive or exclusive. On the contrary, as per the terms of the license, Rivalry will be allowed to host its operations across the entire country. Having started as a platform dedicated to esports that gradually built its sports betting and casino tech offers, Rivalry has a lot to offer to its new market Down Under. Given Aussie's renowned passion for casinos and sports wagering, they are expected to be the perfect match for the company's brand identity. Rivalry also secured a license to operate in Ontario. Together, Canada and Australia represent two of the most important markets for gamblers on the planet. Rivalry recognized the fact that Australia represents the most valuable wagering market per capita while citing a survey published in The Economist.

The new license agreements allow Rivalry to further prove its excellent ability to comply with a large variety of different gaming regulations and prerequisites, preparing its way to enter bigger global markets.

What Should Aussies Expect From Rivaly's Products?

With a big focus on Gen Z and Millennials, Rivalry effectively creates customised and unique gaming and sport betting experiences for punters and new online casino players who have never experienced them before in their own markets. Australians can expect the company's team which operates in over 18 countries to provide them with a series of original products. Many of them are expected to completely change the face of Australian gambling and sports betting, including  Quest, which is a unique engagement experience, Rushlane, an original casino game developed by the company, or Massively Multiplayer Online Gambling Games, a proprietary game marking a brand new category in the industry.
